Enjoy exquisite food and wine on the Museum grounds as you celebrate more than 50 years of Museum excellence and peruse fabulous auction items, including a yoga and wine package combining private sessions with Margaret Burns Vap and a case of wine from Big Sky Yoga Retreats' partner Namaste Vineyards in Oregon. This year's Classic will feature wines from the Pacific Northwest region.
COWGIRL YOGA FOR LOCAL LADIES
- Wednesday July 22, 6-8:30 pm
Intro session with horses & yoga
Required for trail ride - Saturday July 25, 9:30 am-3 pm (approx)
Trail ride in the Bridger mountains with yoga session and lunch stop (pack your own lunch)
Rain date Sunday July 26
Come meet the Cowgirl Yoga horse herd and enjoy yoga and riding while soaking up the gorgeous mountain scenery. At the intro session we'll go over horse basics and practice a few yoga moves to get you ready for saddle time. We'll hit the trail on horseback a few days later, with yoga mats strapped to the saddle! At the midway point we'll break for a yoga session and picnic lunch. Bring your own lunch and don't forget your camera!
Pricing:
- $175 for both sessions (remember, the intro session is pre-requisite for the trail ride) - bring your own lunch and your own yoga mat on saturday
- $195 for both sessions + new yoga mat

COWGIRL YOGA FOR GIRL SCOUTS
July 21, 6:30-8:30 pm
The Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming, along with Montana Horse Sense and Big Sky Yoga Retreats, are excited to offer this unique horseback experience for Older Girls. Cowgirl Yoga is an event designed to improve girls’ presence on a horse. Girls will engage in some pre-ride stretches and then use Yoga stretches and moves to help them move with the horse during the ride. Girls will be paired together and will work with one horse, taking turns leading and riding. Details and registration here: non-girl scouts welcome for an additional fee.
