Margaret will be teaching two weekly classes at the Ridge in Bozeman: YOGA FOR ATHLETES &
POWER YOGA
Are your hamstrings tight from running? Hips not open from cycling? Come discover how a vigorous yoga practice can help balance your body and improve your performance in whatever other activities you enjoy. In these dynamic, flowing yoga classes we will challenge your strength and improve your flexibility and body awareness. More advanced poses including inversions and arm balances will be explored. These are fast-paced classes and prior yoga experience is required.
